Research in the Gruber lab is focused on identifying genetic and environmental factors that contribute to the development of cancer. The goal of our research is to find new ways to prevent cancer and to improve treatment and care for cancer patients. Dr. Gruber also serves as the co-director of Biomedical Prevention for the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center with Dr. Dean Brenner.
