A Field Guide to NCBI Resources
A lecture in Biomedical Science Research Building (BSRB) Auditorium from
9am-12 noon & hands-on computer workshop from 1:30-4 pm in the Learning Resource Center 3rd Level
Taubman Medical Library Building, 1135 E. Catherine.
The workshop will cover GenBank and related databases covering effective use of the Entrez databases and search service, the BLAST similarity search engine, genome data and related resources.
